Brand My Cover is the data controller for the site and the listings on it. Contact: hello@brandmycover.com. For the placement itself, the creator is who you are dealing with.

• Your X account: id, display name, picture, handle, bio, location, public counts (followers, following, posts), plus 30-day impressions, engagements, and original post count. The handle, name, picture and counts are shown on your listing, because that is what a brand can check. We cannot post on your behalf.
• What you set up: spots, prices, how long the listing is open, how long the cover stays, and up to three labels. All of it is public.
• Sign-in cookies from the auth provider, so you stay signed in.

• Brand name, logo and website. They are what goes on the cover and the listing.
• An X handle, if you give one.
• What you offered, and when. A leading offer is shown on that spot.
• A way to reach you about the offer, so the creator can accept or decline, and so a receipt can reach you.

Card numbers, if a payment is taken, are entered on Stripe’s page, not ours.

The site sets cookies only to keep a creator signed in and to run the listing. There is no advertising network and no cross-site tracker.

• Supabase for the database, files, and creator sign-in.
• X, when a creator signs in, tells this site their public profile.
• Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.
• A payment provider, when a list fee or a spot is paid, for the charge only.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for anything other than running this marketplace.

A listing and the offers on it stay while the cover is on the site, and as long as we need a record of who bought what. A creator can ask us to take a listing down. Accounting copies of fees may be kept for as long as the law requires.

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, or object to a use based on our legitimate interest. Email hello@brandmycover.com. For what a creator holds about you as their buyer, ask them. We will pass the request on.

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, the date at the top is the record of the current version. A change never applies backwards to a sale already made.
